How to find a clinical trial
A safe sequence from registry discovery to site confirmation.
Open guideFor patients and families
Search public clinical-trial records, learn how to read a study, and access Russian-language diagnosis guides. The service supports orientation—it does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or confirm eligibility.

Start here
Choose a diagnosis and one or more countries. The tool sends a structured request to the official ClinicalTrials.gov API and shows study status, locations and source links.
A result means that a public record matches the selected filters. It does not mean that the study is suitable, that a local site is recruiting, or that participation is available.

The detailed diagnosis navigators currently remain in Russian because medical translation requires separate specialist review. They cover breast, lung, cervical, ovarian, prostate and other cancers, treatment routes and Russian mandatory-health-insurance context.
An English label on this site does not imply that those external guides have been clinically translated. English versions will be added only after content review.
Safety
The search does not need personal information. If you choose to use a separate MIKA.help form, read that service’s privacy and consent texts before submitting anything.
Reduce direct identifiers in a separate copy whenever the recipient does not need them. Redaction lowers exposure but does not guarantee anonymity: clinical details may still identify a person, and a black rectangle in a PDF may leave searchable text underneath.
Next step
MIKA.help is a separate service with its own forms and privacy terms. Review those terms before sharing information. The research site makes all eligibility decisions.
