Four different questions
A registry record can show that a study exists. Country and site entries indicate where the sponsor has listed locations. Eligibility criteria describe the intended population. Only the research site can confirm whether recruitment is open and whether a person may proceed to screening.
Keeping these questions separate prevents a search result from being mistaken for a treatment recommendation or an invitation to participate.
- Is the study listed?
- Is a relevant country and site listed?
- Do the published criteria appear relevant?
- Has the site confirmed current recruitment?
Search the official registry
Start with an exact diagnosis, then choose one or more countries and recruitment statuses. Open the official ClinicalTrials.gov record and check the NCT number, last update, sponsor, interventions, locations and participation criteria.
The search tool on this site uses the official ClinicalTrials.gov API. It does not require a name, telephone number or medical documents.

Cancer trials often depend on histology, stage, biomarkers, prior therapy, organ function, comorbidities and performance status. Public criteria are useful for orientation but cannot produce a final yes or no.
The research team confirms eligibility during a formal screening process and explains study procedures before informed consent.
Russian studies require an additional check
For medicinal-product trials in Russia, the GRLS register may help verify a permission record by sponsor protocol number. A match confirms a register entry; it does not confirm that recruitment is open. No match is also not proof that a study is absent or terminated.
The Russian interface provides an adapter and a manual link. Because the official source can be unavailable or change its form, results are deliberately shown as matched, not found or temporarily unavailable—not as a medical conclusion.
Quick answers
Frequently asked questions
Does Recruiting mean I can enrol?
No. It is a registry status for the study and may not reflect every site. The site must confirm recruitment and eligibility.
Can the service choose the best study for me?
No. It supports discovery and reading of public records. Treatment and participation decisions belong to the patient and qualified clinical teams.
